On one hand, I would expect him to start bleating from the rafters how great his anti-terrorism policies are (hmmm… Rudy might join in). On the other hand, it’s very possible he might shut up and just be grateful this wasn’t completely thrown out (as opposed to the dirty bomb charges which really demonized Padilla in the first place) showing how complete a failure Bush’s anti-terrorism policies really are.
