Good for Him (& Equality)
Down with Tyranny has the story today on how San Diego’s Republican Mayor flipped his position on same sex marriage and is now in support of it. In a tearful address, the Mayor explained that his daughter is homosexual and apparently this educated him on this matter.
A lot of people in this country grow up or live in cultures of homophobia and the more breakthrough moments like this that get reported the better.
