The Washington Post just posted a report that I’ll paraphrase as the congressional Democrats caving in on FISA again!
Looks like Jay Rockefeller lent a big hand in selling out our civil liberties.

The Intelligence Committee may have caved, but there still needs to be a fight on the Judiciary Committee- hopefully Pat Leahy will stay strong.
After his shameful performance with Mukasey? Doubt it.
