Yes, this is not the best of things to hear; just when it really looked as though Mukasey would catch the big stop too. This is, and I don’t care what kind of mitigation Chuck is going for, this is what has been going on since they took back the majority, and there just needs to go up a wall; everything stops. No Mukasey, no FISA, no more funding for Iraq, whether Chuck has the fortitude to admit it or not, congress does have the authority to take the keys away from the president by stopping any and all policies in its tracks by shutting them down, and that is what I think needs to happen between now until January of 09.

This guy has barely a year left; he needs to be lame ducked and hard.
