Bill Clinton Forgets Who Is Running

I was fliping through the CNN livestreams waiting for the Obama speech in South Carolina, and I happened upon a livestream of Bill Clinton speaking in Missouri.

Only, the former president said something.  Speaking on foreign policy, he said, “…Iraq, a conflict I want to end…”

I didn’t listen to the whole thing, and if I can find a transcript later I’ll find it, but do you think the president actually forgot who was running, or is this really all about him?
