Independants Looking To Break Democratic
Blue Texan of Firedoglake has a pretty decent justification to back up what looks to be a 2:1 break independents will make for Democrats today. As it turns out, when your party becomes synonymous with real bad governance, that tends to resound on election day eventually.
Of course, you know who this benefits, don’t you?
It’s no mystery that Obama enjoys strong independent support. In fact, astute commenter rakk12 over at Taylor Marsh makes a very good point; the raw data for much of the projections is similar, its a matter of turn out which parses who is in the lead. To this degree, no matter if we’re talking Edwards, or if we’re talking Clinton, high independent turn out favors Obama.
