Georgia Showing High Turnout

By the time I finish writing this, the polls in Georgia will already be closed, though, as Fox reports, voters who are still waiting in line after the polls close will still get to cast a ballot.  Georgia’s going to need it, there have been wait times as long as ninety minutes today, an unfortunate inconvenience that is at least in part caused by the requirement of photo id requirements.

But despite the long wait times, reports are coming out that show voters are coming out in droves, most definitely a good sign for Barack Obama who’s already showing very strong in the state.

No exit polling data yet, but when I know, you’ll know.
