So did I. And I noticed that one of those ladies (can’t remember which one now and I can’t bear to go back there) actually finds liberal men more fun to be with, more sensitive, warmer, nicer people. Only problem: She wants someone who shares her values, and that would be a conservative guy. So, she says, she has decided to make the effort to get to know conservative men, even though it might be harder in the beginning.

So you know what she’s really saying, don’t you?

Liberal men are hot fudge sundaes and conservative men are lima beans, but lima beans are “better” for you, so you have to eat them, even if it kills you to do so.
