r we dwelling too much on lapses, traits of politicos and skirting thousand issues? let's please consider just 1 issue that, to my knowlege, h. never been even mentioned let alone studied.
basic structure of discourse to us, the unwashed, by the ruling class h. not changed since at the latest w. rise of sumer'n city sates. it consists of 'promises', evocation of great perils, selfpraise or blame for others, glittering generalities, oratory, halftruths, lies.
since i know the ruse and since i evaluate that politicos know also the strategem, i haven't followed the campaign nor do i read anything that obama, clinton, mccain say. i'v listened only once to obama and clinton just to confirm or debunk my observation. it once again confirmed it.
any1 who h. read bible/torah/quran will find similar or same structure of discourse. these people know that trust and hope run eternally; thus abuse our need to trust thank u

It’s almost gotten to the point this election where if Hillary Clinton starts to tout a story I immediately question its veracity.

I was at that point with the Clintons before I heard of Obama.

Senator Clinton, in voting to authorize the war, displayed a tragic recklessness

Jay,

There seems to be in truth in her. She is now saying she was critical of the Iraq war before Obama was. She's pitiful.

The final straw that made me decide not to support her was when she lied during a debate regarding the bombing of Syria.

She couldn't have known anything and nothing was verified.

CLINTON: [W]e don't have as much information as we wish we did. But what we think we know is that with North Korean help, both financial and technical and material, the Syrians apparently were putting together, and perhaps over some period of years, a nuclear facility,...There was intelligence and other kinds of verification.

Doesn't this remind anyone of all the bullshit we heard about Iraq?

We better support the right candidate.

OBAMA: Now, we don't know exactly what happened with respect to Syria. We've gotten general reports, but we don't know all the specifics. We got general reports in the run-up to the Iraq war that proved erroneous, and a lot of people voted for that war as a consequence.

Hillary isn't to be trusted at 3AM or any other time. We're be in a war with Iran if she is in the White House.

“His message was that the Syrian attack was in part aimed at Iran.”

from swimming freestyle:

"...Senator Clinton, in voting to authorize the war, displayed a tragic recklessness. A more complete picture, in fact the "real" truth was available, and the Senator didn't make the effort to seek it out. The logical question given the gravity and ramifications of that vote: Was it just carelessness or a willingness to select the data set that provided an advantageous political position?

And so we come to Trina Brachtel, her baby boy, and O’Bleness Memorial Hospital. "

Why wait to hear "you know" to assume Hillary is lying? All you have to do is watch to see if her lips are moving.

When Hillary starts to tell a story, and she says: "You know". It is always a lie or a distortion of the truth. Sometimes in one paragraph, she'll says "you know" a half a dozen times.
