Call it trolling all you want folks but this spells major trouble for Obama in November.

If this were a single instance, I’d have to agree with Matttbastard, however, this seems to be just one of many data points.

Supported by Hamas? Check.

Jeremiah Wright, Michael Pfleger? Check.

Virulently anti-Semitic posters on his website as Mr. Johnson has factually pointed out? Check.

At what point is there enough smoke here to safely declare a fire has broken out?

(I don’t accept the argument that Obama’s campaign has no control over these posting. It’s a presidential campaign , not Best Blogger. Twenty+ mill a month can surely pay the salaries of a couple of moderators.)

Michelle Malkin, and the rest of the right, has pulled this crap with Daily Kos before, too. The process then is the same as now — somebody makes an outrageous post or comment and the right bukkakes all over it, claiming that such must represent the community at large. Of course we all know this is bullshit because everybody can post to a community blog, but the larger dynamic here is the mainstream media. As we all know, the MSM is “objective”, therefore if this story breaks through to the mainstream, then they will report it as “some (rightwing) bloggers say that Obama is [insert any adjective denoting political evil here] because anti-semitic posts have appeared on his website” without noting that anything could appear on his website.

In other words, these lying scumfucks know what they are doing. It’s a total ratfucking.
