		<description>Since when did the Supremes get their advanced degrees in science?  If they declared the moon is made of green cheese, does that make it so? I guess they don&#039;t know that each of them is exhaling poisonous toxins, which all life needs to sustain itself.  How about declaring water vapor a poisonous toxin too.  It is a much more important greenhouse gas than CO2.

Hooray for the White House for ignoring a Supreme Court who refuses to stick to business---namely interpreting the Constitution.  It has no legal basis to make pseudo-scientific pronouncements that can have untold negative effects on this country&#039;s way of life, its economic and political power. 

I wonder if China and India are going to cut back on their consumption of fossil fuels because of what the Supremes mumbled.</description>
