Sarah Plain is a moronic simpleton. She is a parrot in an Anne Taylor suit. That woman should not be allowed to give white house tours let alone stand in line to hold one of the most powerful positions in the world. Bottom line is I am of greater intellect than her. I also believe that 85% of the people I know are wiser than her. With that I do not feel I should be up nor do I feel that there is a person I communicate with on a regular basis who is qualified to be up. This concept that the extreme neo-con wing of the republican party has put forth, that we as a people need a leader "just like us", is another scam they are playing on the distracted American psyche. Shame on them for parading this poor clueless woman around in order to d

Chief,

Actually, it was linked from Memeorandum as a blogger response to one of the stories there. That's how I find many, maybe even most, of my "discoveries."

How did you ever find 'Mudflats' ?? That is neat. And all the pictures of the Anti-Sarah rally was a real hoot. Good find. I bookmarked it.

I must admit it, I am one of the "elitists" that Americans are supposed to hate so much. I'm college-educated and I even used to be a very good student before becoming rebellious and bored with high school. I used to be considered intelligent and was often the top student or at least one of the top two students in my class. However, I don't make very much money, so I am low income. I would say that, with my wife's income, we could qualify for being part of "middle America."

Now that I have revealed the fact that I am intelligent by most measures of intelligence, most or all of middle America should not believe anything that I have to say and should disregard all of my opinions. Even many Democrats would tell me not to dare to criticize the wonderful Sarah Palin, since she is the answer to so many people's prayers. She's a woman. She has five kids. She likes guns. She doesn't know what the Bush Doctrine is. How could anyone possibly be more qualified to be President of the United States?

George H.W. Bush (remember him?) used to deride the "intelligentsia" and "intellectuals." Don't ever trust anyone like Thomas Jefferson or Benjamin Franklin. They were intelligent. Barack Obama might be intelligent, so you can't possibly trust him. Only people who are not intelligent can be trusted and are qualified to become President of the United States.

There could not be any possibility that someone who is intelligent might pretend to not be intelligent in order to get votes from superior non-thinking non-elitist middle American, could there?
