An Early Sign Of Competence
Marc Ambinder has an interesting post up in which veteran Democrats find themselves astounded with the transition operation of the Obama team.
The central point here is that what we are seeing is an early glimpse at how competent the Obama operation is shaping up to be, focusing first on ensuring that come inauguration day Obama will already have a well oiled machine in place.
The necessity of this can’t be overestimated especially given that the President Elect will inherit the presidency at a time that will offer absolutely no time to warm up to the challenges of the nation.
