I think I posted over at Bastard Logic - so will only suggest here a visit to Levees.org should prove instructive. If you want to go hogwild...see if I'm the only one who wonders if the Wikipedia entry for Hydraulic Empire is far too suggestive of possibilities for the Age of the Corporation ; and no anti-Monopoly enforcement to be seen.
