Even in dissent justice Dumsburg criticizes the summary judgment by Soto’s Court. Soto didn’t bother to hear any evidence nor testimony, she just dismissed this important case, was even criticized by members of her own court at the time. Oh, Soto is not vindicated at all by this decision, she’s indicted as a racist and a bigot. Her whole background is chock full of racist/bigoted affiliations and statements. Yet Soto herself was promoted due to her race and gender. Her sum cum lade at Yale was in History … like the easiest Major to take ….

At first I was willing to give her a chance, but as I read further into this book I see a dark tale. Soto does not qualify nor deserve this lifetime appointment.
