I'm afraid that 1-liner in a 17 paragraph Op-Ed doesn't support your assertion that more troops will be "doomed to failure". What a waste of 300 million dollars (the Afghan Election). This Op-Ed exemplifies another UN Failure and corruption within the UN ... Maybe we should just pull out?
